Controller and contact

Customer portal information

The customer portal can process your name and business contact details, account and company identifiers, authorized quotations and orders, invoices, balances, payment records, requests, messages and documents you submit. Session identifiers, connection information and security logs support login and operation. Portal information loaded inside the app is part of the app’s data processing, even when it is displayed as a web page.

Device functions

You choose when to open, download, print or share a document. Upload forms receive the documents or photographs you choose to submit. Authorized drivers can submit delivery photographs, document references, amounts and task notes. My RoseFilm includes separate workspaces. Customer screens do not start the field-work tracker or request its location permission. Tracking is available only for an authorized field-work account after a separate explanation and your choice to start.

Employee portal information

The employee portal can process your name, work and personal contact details, address, emergency contact, employee and company identifiers, bank account details, attendance, payslips, leave and mission requests, messages and submitted documents. Documents voluntarily submitted to support an employment or emergency-advance request can contain health information. This sensitive information requires an appropriate separate employment notice, restricted access and a valid legal ground. Only necessary supporting information should be submitted. Session identifiers, connection information and security logs support login and operation.

Employer-funded salary advances and employee loans

The employer offers eligible employees support loans and salary advances under their employment arrangements, without interest or fees. The current employee-loan ceiling is TRY 10,000, with 1–12 monthly payroll installments and repayment starting no earlier than the month after disbursement. The portal processes requested amounts, reasons, supporting documents, approval decisions, installments and repayment dates. Accepting a loan agreement can also record the agreement version or digest, acceptance time, IP address and browser or app information as evidence of acceptance. These records are linked to your employee account and company and are used to process and administer the request and associated obligations. Consult the terms displayed for your request before accepting a loan agreement.

Mission location tracking

If you choose to start the mission tracker and grant location access, My RoseFilm sends location points associated with your mission to the company service to record that journey. Tracking can continue while the app is in the background or the screen is off. Points can include latitude and longitude, time, accuracy, speed, battery level and a simulated-location indicator. The mission token links the points to the relevant journey. This is route history, not merely a single last location. Information is not collected for advertising by this feature.

Your tracking controls and local queue

A separate explanation is shown before you start a tracking session. You can decline or stop tracking. On Android, the active notification provides a Stop action; notification availability is required in this release. On iOS, use the tracking control and system location controls. Revoking location permission prevents further location collection. A successful server response recording the end of the mission stops the tracker; an offline phone may not receive that response immediately. The current implementation also limits a session to approximately 12 hours. Pending points can be stored locally while offline, up to 3,000 points, and retried while that session remains active. Stopping clears unsent local points; it does not erase points already received by the server. Server copies are covered by the access, storage and deletion provisions below. Stopping a tracking session does not delete its existing server records.

Operational responsibility

The company owner manages hosting administration, backups and data-deletion requests. The main application server is in Iran. Backups are stored in Türkiye and retained for one year. Requests sent to h.zeraati@rosefilm.co are handled by the company owner. Using the Turkey service therefore involves processing personal data on the application server in Iran.

How data is obtained and used

We obtain information from you, your authorized business or employment account, business records, files you choose to submit, and the portal session. We process it to provide the requested business functions, manage the customer or employment relationship, fulfil applicable obligations, handle requests and protect account security. Contract performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights and, where applicable after assessment, legitimate interests are the relevant grounds under Turkish data protection law. Optional functions requiring consent are explained separately before use. A device permission is not a blanket authorization for unrelated processing.

Access and recipients

Information is available to company personnel authorized for the relevant customer, employment or administrative function. Service providers supporting hosting, technical support, communications or document delivery may process information on the company’s behalf. Business records may also be provided to professional advisers and public authorities when applicable obligations require it. A third-party website opened by you, such as a bank, map or messaging service, applies its own privacy terms. You can request information about recipients relevant to your account using the contact details in this notice. The main application server is in Iran and backups are in Türkiye, as described above.

Storage and deletion

Business records are retained for the purpose for which they were collected and for applicable accounting, tax, employment, dispute and other legal obligations. Unnecessary information must be deleted or anonymized when those grounds end. Removing the app does not delete server records. Documents you export to another app or save on your device remain in that destination until you remove them. Backups are retained for one year. Data removed from the active system may remain in existing backup copies until the applicable one-year backup retention period ends; deletion from the active system does not immediately remove every backup copy. These retention criteria also apply to portal logs and server-side journey records. The one-year backup period does not mean that all active-system records are automatically deleted after one year. The tracking section explains control of unsent location data.

Your rights and requests

You may request information about processing and recipients, access to information about your data, correction, deletion or destruction where the legal grounds no longer apply, notification of corrections or deletion to recipients, objection to adverse results based solely on automated analysis, and compensation where the law provides it. Send your request to h.zeraati@rosefilm.co using a reachable contact address, or write to the company address above. If your account has no registered email or you have lost access to it, identify your username and we arrange proportionate verification, such as confirmation through authorized HR or account support. State which app and account the request concerns; do not send passwords. We may request proportionate identity verification. Requests are handled within the applicable legal period, no later than 30 days under Article 13 of Law 6698. Where records must be retained, we explain the reason and scope.

Account and data deletion

To request closure of your customer or employee portal account and deletion of associated personal data, contact h.zeraati@rosefilm.co with the subject “RoseFilm account and data deletion”. You can make this request without signing into the app. Employment and accounting records subject to a continuing legal obligation may be retained separately from login access; we explain the applicable exception. Accounts are provided through the business or employment relationship; this release does not offer public self-registration.

Security and changes

Keep your login details private and sign out on shared devices. The apps use the configured HTTPS portal in release builds. We do not claim that any system can guarantee absolute security. Changes to purposes, recipients or sensitive permissions require an updated notice and, where required, a fresh user choice. This notice is not consent to unrelated processing.

Müşteri portalı bilgileri

Müşteri portalı; adınızı, iş iletişim bilgilerinizi, hesap ve şirket tanımlayıcılarını, yetkili olduğunuz teklif ve siparişleri, faturaları, bakiyeleri, ödeme kayıtlarını, talepleri, mesajları ve gönderdiğiniz belgeleri işleyebilir. Oturum tanımlayıcıları, bağlantı bilgileri ve güvenlik günlükleri giriş ve işletim için kullanılır. Uygulama içinde web sayfası olarak görüntülenen portal verileri de uygulamanın veri işleme kapsamındadır.

Cihaz işlevleri

Bir belgeyi açma, indirme, yazdırma veya paylaşma zamanını siz seçersiniz. Yükleme formları, göndermeyi seçtiğiniz belge veya fotoğrafları alır. Yetkili sürücüler teslimat fotoğrafları, belge referansları, tutarlar ve görev notları gönderebilir. My RoseFilm ayrı çalışma alanları içerir. Müşteri ekranları saha takibini başlatmaz veya konum izni istemez. Takip yalnızca yetkili saha hesabında, ayrı açıklama ve sizin başlatma seçiminizden sonra kullanılabilir.

Çalışan portalı bilgileri

Çalışan portalı; adınızı, iş ve kişisel iletişim bilgilerinizi, adresinizi, acil durum kişisini, çalışan ve şirket tanımlayıcılarını, banka hesabı bilgilerini, devam kayıtlarını, ücret pusulalarını, izin ve görev taleplerini, mesajları ve gönderilen belgeleri işleyebilir. Bir çalışan başvurusunu veya acil avans talebini desteklemek için isteğe bağlı olarak gönderilen belgeler sağlık bilgisi içerebilir. Bu hassas bilgiler için uygun ayrı çalışan aydınlatması, sınırlı erişim ve geçerli hukuki sebep gerekir. Yalnızca gerekli destekleyici bilgiler gönderilmelidir. Oturum tanımlayıcıları, bağlantı bilgileri ve güvenlik günlükleri giriş ve işletim için kullanılır.

İşveren tarafından sağlanan ücret avansları ve çalışan kredileri

İşveren, uygun çalışanlara iş ilişkileri kapsamında faizsiz ve masrafsız destek kredisi ve ücret avansı sağlar. Mevcut çalışan kredisi üst sınırı 10.000 TL’dir; geri ödeme, ödemeyi izleyen aydan önce başlamamak üzere 1–12 aylık ücret kesintisiyle yapılır. Portal; talep tutarını, gerekçeyi, destekleyici belgeleri, onay kararlarını, taksitleri ve geri ödeme tarihlerini işler. Bir borç sözleşmesinin kabulünde, kabulün kanıtı olarak sözleşme sürümü veya özeti, kabul zamanı, IP adresi ve tarayıcı ya da uygulama bilgileri de kaydedilebilir. Bu kayıtlar çalışan hesabınız ve şirketinizle ilişkilendirilir; talebi ve ilgili yükümlülükleri yürütmek için kullanılır. Bir borç sözleşmesini kabul etmeden önce başvurunuz için gösterilen koşulları inceleyin.

Görev konum takibi

Görev takibini başlatmayı seçip konum izni verdiğinizde My RoseFilm, yolculuğu kaydetmek için görevinizle ilişkili konum noktalarını şirket hizmetine gönderir. Takip, uygulama arka plandayken veya ekran kapalıyken devam edebilir. Noktalar; enlem ve boylam, zaman, doğruluk, hız, pil seviyesi ve simüle edilmiş konum göstergesi içerebilir. Görev belirteci noktaları ilgili yolculukla ilişkilendirir. Bu, yalnızca son konum değil, güzergâh geçmişidir. Bu işlev reklam amacıyla konum toplamaz.

Takip kontrolü ve yerel kuyruk

Her takip oturumu başlatılmadan önce ayrı bir açıklama gösterilir. Takibi reddedebilir veya durdurabilirsiniz. Android’de etkin bildirimde Durdur seçeneği bulunur; bu sürümde bildirimlerin kullanılabilir olması gerekir. iOS’ta takip kontrolünü ve sistemin konum ayarlarını kullanabilirsiniz. Konum iznini kaldırmak yeni konum toplanmasını engeller. Görevin bittiğini bildiren başarılı sunucu yanıtı takibi durdurur; çevrimdışı cihaz bu yanıtı hemen alamayabilir. Mevcut uygulama bir oturumu yaklaşık 12 saatle de sınırlar. Çevrimdışıyken en fazla 3.000 bekleyen nokta cihazda tutulup aynı oturum etkin kaldığı sürece yeniden gönderilebilir. Durdurma, gönderilmemiş yerel noktaları temizler; sunucuya ulaşmış noktaları silmez. Sunucudaki kopyalar aşağıdaki erişim, saklama ve silme hükümlerine tabidir. Takibi durdurmak mevcut sunucu kayıtlarını silmez.

İşletim sorumluluğu

Barındırma yönetimi, yedekleme ve veri silme başvuruları şirket sahibi tarafından yürütülür. Ana uygulama sunucusu İran’dadır. Yedekler Türkiye’de saklanır ve bir yıl süreyle tutulur. h.zeraati@rosefilm.co adresine gönderilen başvurular şirket sahibi tarafından ele alınır. Bu nedenle Türkiye hizmetinin kullanımı, kişisel verilerin İran’daki uygulama sunucusunda işlenmesini içerir.

Toplama yöntemi, amaç ve hukuki sebep

Bilgiler sizden, yetkilendirilmiş müşteri veya çalışan hesabınızdan, iş kayıtlarından, göndermeyi seçtiğiniz belgelerden ve portal oturumundan elde edilir. Veriler; talep edilen işlevleri sunmak, müşteri veya iş ilişkisini yürütmek, geçerli yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek, başvuruları yanıtlamak ve hesap güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla işlenir. İşleme faaliyetine göre sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası, hukuki yükümlülük, bir hakkın tesisi veya korunması ve gerekli değerlendirme yapıldığında meşru menfaat hukuki sebepleri uygulanır. Rıza gerektiren isteğe bağlı işlevler kullanılmadan önce ayrıca açıklanır. Cihaz izni, ilgisiz tüm işlemler için genel bir onay değildir.

Erişim ve alıcılar

Bilgilere ilgili müşteri, çalışan veya idari görev için yetkilendirilmiş şirket personeli erişebilir. Barındırma, teknik destek, iletişim veya belge teslimi hizmet sağlayıcıları şirket adına veri işleyebilir. Geçerli yükümlülükler kapsamında mesleki danışmanlara ve yetkili kamu kurumlarına kayıt aktarılabilir. Sizin açtığınız banka, harita veya mesajlaşma sitesi gibi üçüncü tarafların kendi gizlilik koşulları geçerlidir. Hesabınızla ilgili alıcılar hakkında bu metindeki iletişim bilgileri üzerinden bilgi talep edebilirsiniz. Yukarıda açıklandığı gibi ana uygulama sunucusu İran’da, yedekler Türkiye’dedir.

Saklama ve silme

İş kayıtları, toplama amacı ve geçerli muhasebe, vergi, istihdam, uyuşmazlık ve diğer hukuki yükümlülükler için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. İşleme sebepleri ortadan kalktığında gereksiz veriler silinmeli veya anonim hale getirilmelidir. Uygulamayı kaldırmak sunucu kayıtlarını silmez. Başka bir uygulamaya aktardığınız veya cihazınıza kaydettiğiniz belgeler, siz kaldırana kadar ilgili yerde kalır. Yedekler bir yıl süreyle saklanır. Aktif sistemden kaldırılan veriler, ilgili yedeğin bir yıllık saklama süresi dolana kadar mevcut yedek kopyalarda kalabilir; aktif sistemden silme işlemi bütün yedekleri hemen temizlemez. Bu saklama ölçütleri portal günlükleri ve sunucudaki güzergâh kayıtları için de geçerlidir. Bir yıllık yedek saklama süresi, aktif sistemdeki bütün kayıtların bir yıl sonra otomatik silindiği anlamına gelmez. Takip bölümü gönderilmemiş konum verilerinin kontrolünü açıklar.

Haklarınız ve başvuru

Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini ve alıcılarını öğrenme; bilgi talep etme; düzeltme; kanuni şartlar oluştuğunda silme veya yok etme; bu işlemlerin alıcılara bildirilmesini isteme; yalnızca otomatik analizden doğan aleyhte sonuca itiraz etme ve kanunun öngördüğü durumlarda zararınızın giderilmesini talep etme haklarınız vardır. Ulaşılabilir bir iletişim adresinden h.zeraati@rosefilm.co adresine veya yukarıdaki şirket adresine yazabilirsiniz. Hesabınızda e-posta kayıtlı değilse ya da erişiminizi kaybettiyseniz kullanıcı adınızı belirtin; yetkili insan kaynakları veya hesap desteği aracılığıyla ölçülü doğrulama düzenlenir. İlgili uygulama ve hesabı belirtin; şifrenizi göndermeyin. Ölçülü kimlik doğrulaması istenebilir. Başvurular 6698 sayılı Kanunun 13. maddesi kapsamında en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Saklanması gereken kayıtların gerekçesi ve kapsamı açıklanır.

Hesap ve veri silme talebi

Müşteri veya çalışan portalı hesabınızın kapatılmasını ve ilişkili kişisel verilerin silinmesini istemek için h.zeraati@rosefilm.co adresine “RoseFilm hesap ve veri silme” konulu bir ileti gönderebilirsiniz. Başvuru için uygulamaya giriş yapmanız gerekmez. Devam eden hukuki yükümlülük kapsamındaki istihdam ve muhasebe kayıtları giriş hesabından ayrı olarak saklanabilir; geçerli istisna açıklanır. Hesaplar müşteri veya iş ilişkisi kapsamında sağlanır; bu sürüm herkese açık bireysel hesap kaydı sunmaz.

Güvenlik ve değişiklikler

Giriş bilgilerinizi gizli tutun ve paylaşılan cihazlarda oturumu kapatın. Uygulamalar yayımlama yapılandırmasında HTTPS portalını kullanır. Hiçbir sistem için mutlak güvenlik garantisi verilmez.
