این سیاست درباره چیست
این سیاست درباره اپ‌های اندروید و آیفون رُز فیلم و همان پرتال وب است:
- «پرتال مشتریان رُز فیلم»، برای اندروید و آیفون
- «پرتال کارکنان رُز فیلم» برای اندروید، که صفحه رانندگان سرویس ایاب و ذهاب هم داخل آن است
- پرتال وب در نشانی portal.rosefilm.co
اپ‌ها همان پرتال وب را نشان می‌دهند. اپ جز کوکی نشست، حافظه موقت مرورگر، زبانی که انتخاب می‌کنید و سندی که برای پیش‌نمایش باز می‌کنید، داده‌ای جدا روی گوشی نگه نمی‌دارد.
چه کسی مسئول داده‌های شماست
گروه صنعتی نقش فیلم تبریز با نام تجاری رُز فیلم، و شرکت نگاران طرح تبریز با نام تجاری دکو فویل. نشانی: تبریز، شهرک صنعتی آخولا.
ناشر اپ‌ها در فروشگاه‌های اپ: Rose Film Sanayi Ve Ticaret Şirketi، استانبول، ترکیه.
چه داده‌ای جمع می‌شود
همه کاربران
- نام، نام شرکت، شماره همراه و ایمیل
- نام کاربری و رمز عبور. رمز فقط به شکل درهم‌شده نگه داشته می‌شود.
- کد یک‌بارمصرفی که با پیامک برای ورود فرستاده می‌شود
- کوکی نشست و کوکی زبان
- داده فنی برای امنیت: نشانی آی‌پی، نوع مرورگر و زمان ورود
مشتریان
- پیش‌فاکتور، سفارش، فاکتور، پرداخت، چک و گردش حساب
- درخواست نمونه، استعلام قیمت و امضای تایپی تأیید پیش‌فاکتور
- گزارش مشکل کالا، همراه با عکس یا فایلی که خودتان می‌فرستید
- پرداخت آنلاین: اطلاعات کارت را در صفحه درگاه بانک وارد می‌کنید. ما شماره کارت و رمز آن را نمی‌بینیم و نگه نمی‌داریم. فقط مبلغ، نتیجه و شماره پیگیری تراکنش ثبت می‌شود.
کارکنان
- اطلاعات پرسنلی لازم برای خدمات پرتال
- مرخصی، مأموریت، کارکرد و درخواست اصلاح تردد
- فیش حقوقی و بیمه
- برنامه سرویس ایاب و ذهاب، ایستگاه سوار شدن و اعلام استفاده نکردن از سرویس
مکان در سرویس ایاب و ذهاب
مکان گوشی فقط وقتی فرستاده می‌شود که خودتان در صفحه سفر، «اشتراک موقعیت» را روشن کنید. این کار را راننده سفر یا مسافری که سوار شده انجام می‌دهد.
ارسال فقط تا وقتی ادامه دارد که آن صفحه باز و روی صفحه گوشی باشد. با بستن صفحه یا رفتن به پس‌زمینه، ارسال قطع می‌شود. اپ مکان شما را در پس‌زمینه جمع نمی‌کند.
داده‌ای که فرستاده می‌شود: مکان دقیق، سرعت و دقت مکان. فقط آخرین مکان روی همان سفر نگه داشته می‌شود و با خاموش کردن اشتراک پاک می‌شود.
مکان خودرو به مسافران همان سفر و مسئولان سرویس نشان داده می‌شود.
چرا این داده‌ها لازم است
- ارائه خدمات پرتال و ورود امن
- ثبت و پیگیری سفارش، پرداخت و شکایت
- انجام تکالیف حسابداری و مالیاتی
- کارهای منابع انسانی و برنامه‌ریزی سرویس کارکنان
داده با چه کسانی به اشتراک گذاشته می‌شود
- کارکنان مجاز شرکت، فقط به اندازه وظیفه کاریشان
- سرویس پیامک، برای فرستادن کد ورود و اطلاع‌رسانی
- درگاه پرداخت بانکی، فقط وقتی پرداخت آنلاین را شروع می‌کنید
- مراجع قانونی، وقتی قانون آن را لازم بداند
ما داده شما را نمی‌فروشیم. در اپ‌ها تبلیغ نیست و از ابزار ردیابی یا تحلیل شخص ثالث استفاده نمی‌کنیم.
مدت نگهداری
داده‌ها تا وقتی حساب شما فعال است و همکاری ادامه دارد نگه داشته می‌شوند. اسناد مالی تا مدتی که قانون لازم می‌داند نگه داشته می‌شوند.
امنیت
ارتباط اپ و پرتال رمزگذاری‌شده است. ورود دومرحله‌ای است و نشست بعد از مدتی بی‌کاری خودکار بسته می‌شود. دسترسی کارکنان به داده‌ها محدود است.
حقوق شما و حذف حساب
حساب‌های پرتال را خود شرکت می‌سازد و داخل اپ نمی‌شود حساب تازه ساخت.
شما می‌توانید داده‌های خود را ببینید و اصلاح آن‌ها را بخواهید. می‌توانید درخواست کنید حسابتان بسته شود و داده‌هایتان حذف شود.
برای این کار به info@rosefilm.co ایمیل بزنید یا با کارشناس فروش یا واحد منابع انسانی تماس بگیرید. حداکثر تا ۳۰ روز پاسخ می‌دهیم.
اسنادی که قانون نگهداری آن‌ها را لازم می‌داند، مثل فاکتور و سند مالی، حذف نمی‌شوند.
کودکان
این اپ‌ها برای کار تجاری و سازمانی است و برای افراد زیر ۱۸ سال نیست.
تغییر این سیاست
اگر این سیاست تغییر کند، تاریخ بالای همین صفحه به‌روز می‌شود.

Rose Film Apps Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy covers the Rose Film Android and iPhone apps and the web portal they open:
- “Rose Film Customer Portal”, for Android and iPhone
- “Rose Film Employee Portal” for Android, which also contains the page for staff shuttle drivers
- the web portal at portal.rosefilm.co
The apps display that same web portal. Apart from the session cookie, the browser cache, your language choice and any document you open for preview, the apps store no separate data on your phone.
Who is responsible for your data
Naghsh Film Tabriz Industrial Group (trading as Rose Film) and Negaran Tarh Tabriz (trading as DecoFoil), Akhula Industrial Park, Tabriz.
The apps are published in the app stores by Rose Film Sanayi Ve Ticaret Şirketi, Istanbul, Türkiye.
What we collect
All users
- Name, company name, mobile number and email
- Username and password. The password is stored only in hashed form.
- One-time sign-in codes sent by SMS
- Session and language cookies
- Security logs: IP address, browser type and sign-in time
Customers
- Quotations, orders, invoices, payments, cheques and account statements
- Sample requests, price inquiries and typed signatures that approve quotations
- Product problem reports, including any photos or files you choose to upload
- Online payment: you enter your card details on the bank’s payment page. We never see or store your card number or PIN; we record only the amount, the result and the transaction reference.
Employees
- The personnel information needed for portal services
- Leave, missions, working time and attendance correction requests
- Payslips and insurance
- Shuttle schedule, pick-up stop and notices that you will not use the shuttle
Location in the staff shuttle service
Your phone’s location is sent only after you switch on “share location” on a trip page. Only the trip’s driver, or a passenger who has boarded that trip, can do this.
Sharing works only while that page is open and on screen. It stops when you leave the page or the app goes to the background. The apps never collect location in the background.
We receive your precise location, your speed and the location accuracy. Only the latest position is kept on that trip, and it is erased when sharing is switched off.
The vehicle’s position is shown to passengers on the same trip and to shuttle staff.
Why we use it
- To provide portal services and secure sign-in
- To process and track orders, payments and complaints
- To meet accounting and tax obligations
- For human-resources work and planning the staff shuttle
Who we share it with
- Authorised company staff, limited to what their job requires
- Our SMS service, to send sign-in codes and notifications
- The bank payment gateway, only when you start an online payment
- Authorities, when the law requires it
We do not sell your data. The apps contain no advertising and use no third-party tracking or analytics tools.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and our business relationship continues. We keep financial records for as long as the law requires.
Security
The connection between the apps and the portal is encrypted. Sign-in uses two steps, and sessions close automatically after a period of inactivity. Staff access to data is restricted.
Your rights and account deletion
Portal accounts are created by the company. You cannot create a new account inside the apps.
You can view your data and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to close your account and delete your data.
To do so, email info@rosefilm.co or contact your sales representative or our human-resources team. We reply within 30 days.
Records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and accounting entries, are not deleted.
Children
These apps are for business use and are not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
